SUMMER 2024 RATES
FOR SEASONAL RATES DURING THE SPRING, FALL, & WINTER MONTHS, GIVE US A CALL!
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
We ask that all WEEKLY rentals bring bath towels, as they will not be supplied.
Prices do not include 6% sales tax and 5% pillow tax.
Pricing can be changed due to availability.
All 2024 rentals require a minimum of 2 nights stay.
Deposits are required for all weekly rentals and are due no later than April 1, 2024 to secure your booking.
Management reserves the right to make changes to prearranged room selection due to extended stays and last minutes changes in reservations.
A credit card is required for all reservations.
We are pretty easy going here, but there is absolutely NO SMOKING IN ANY CABIN OR MOTEL ROOMS.
Management reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to $250 to the registered credit card on file if any smoking or damage occurs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable and may be held as a credit towards a future stay
All guests with pets are subject to a pet fee of up to $15 per day or $60 per week. Multiple pets subject to additional charges.
COVID-19 Update:
Due to COVID-19, Blue Horizon Court has implemented safety standards and procedures set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to further protect the safety and health of our guests, as that is our number one priority. Along with increased cleanliness standards, we have taken the following steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including:
- Specific training including the use and application of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved disinfectants
- Strictly abiding by check-in and check-out times to ensure our staff have sufficient time to sanitize all units
- Self check-in and check-out procedures
- No-contact payment by phone or mail
